How to Set Mobile Cameras Like a Mirror (Front & Back Camera)

Most phones already have mirror mode for the front camera, but not for the back camera.
Still, you can mirror both cameras using settings or third-party apps.

Let me explain both ways:

1. Mirror Your Front Camera (Android & iPhone)

On Android (Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, Xiaomi):

  1. Open Camera app
  2. Go to Settings (โš™๏ธ icon)
  3. Look for:
    • Mirror Selfie
    • Flip Selfies
    • Save Selfies as Previewed
  4. Turn it ON

Now your front camera selfies will look exactly like a mirror.

On iPhone:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Scroll to Camera
  3. Turn on Mirror Front Camera

Done!

Back Camera Note

The back camera does not have mirror mode in most phones.
But you can mirror it using these methods:

2. Mirror Back Camera (Using Editing Apps)

Use any of these free apps:

Your back camera footage will be perfectly mirrored.

3. Mirror Back Camera While Recording (Live Mirroring)

Install:

Available on Play Store.

Steps:

  1. Install Open Camera
  2. Open Settings
  3. Go to Image Settings
  4. Turn ON Mirror Mode
(It works for both front & back camera)

Now your back camera will act like a mirror too.
